Club Meetings
CLUB MEETINGS
Rotarians start arriving at 12:00 PM.
There are about 10 minutes of social time with everyone standing and mingling.
The buffet lunch line opens at about 12:10 PM.
Rotarians are seated in an open seating environment by about 12:15 PM.
There is more social time at the tables before the formal meeting starts at 12:30 PM.
The typical meeting agenda is as follows:
Call to Order
Non-Denominational Invocation
Pledge of Allegiance to the US Flag followed by a Patriotic Song
Introduction of Guests
Announcements and Updates
Visiting Speaker Program
Questions
Adjournment
The Announcements and Updates are
completed by 1:00 PM.
The visiting speaker covers his or her program
from 1:00 PM to 1:25 PM including questions.
Adjournment occurs promptly at 1:30 PM!

while showing enthusiasm, humor, passion, and/or a touching of the heart.
